Healthy Relationships - Intro to Rep. Health 101
ArtsInRJ (A.I.R.)
Program uses performance outreach to offer reproductive and sexual health education and awareness through song, poetry, dance, theater, radio, and film.
Faith Based Reproductive Health Education
Through this initiative, SisterReach is building relationships with area churches to offer a comprehensive reproductive and sexual health education curriculum to be used within a faith based context.
The curriculum focuses within these areas:
- Reproductive Health 101 – Understanding the human anatomy; names and functions
- Sexually Transmitted Infections: including HIV/AIDS education and how to support individuals within the congregation living with HIV/AIDS
- Contraceptive Methods Education
- Risky Behavior and Healthy Relationships
- Menopause Education
- Abstinence Education
- Parent2Child Education: How to communicate effectively with your child about sex
- Doula & Midwifery Resources, Pre/Postnatal Education
- Reproductive Health Educator Training: Program designed to train church leaders/members interested in providing ongoing reproductive health education within their ministry.
Programs within this curriculum are ideal for:
- Singles Ministries
- Women Ministries
- Youth Ministries (age-appropriate)
- Couples Ministries
- Church Health Fairs
Grade School Curriculum
SisterReach offers a reproductive and sexual health comprehensive education curriculum to be used in school 5th-12th grades
The curriculum focuses within these areas:
- Reproductive Health 101 – Understanding the human anatomy; names and functions
- Sexually Transmitted Infections including HIV/AIDS education; Testing support
- Contraceptive Methods Education
- Healthy Hygiene Education
- Risky Behavior and Healthy Relationships
- Abstinence Education

Parenting Education
Mother 2 Daughter
Program catered specifically to support the conversation mothers and their daughters have around sex. Program will also highlight myths and misinformation regarding vaginal health.
Doula/Midwife Program
Offers services and resources to pregnant women who are low income and would be less likely to have access to these types of services
Teen Moms
Program provides workshops and education to young mothers regarding their adjustment into motherhood.
New Parent Program
Program provides workshops and information to new parents including newborn hygiene, pre & post labor nutrition, first 3 months newborn education and home preparation for a baby.
FamilyReach
Program provides workshops and information for parents and children regarding the discussion of sex and sexuality.
BrotherReach
Program designed for men and boys around sexual and reproductive health. This program will also support conversation fathers and their sons have regarding sex.
LGBTQI Education
Program supports individuals in the LGBTQI community through reproductive and sexual health education and resources for local support.
